Returns & Exchanges
Revol Cares has a 30 day exchange policy from when you receive your order. If you feel another size or style would work better for you we are always happy to help and accommodate! You can begin the process on our Loop Returns Portal Here: https://revolcares.loopreturns.com
Please note, any underwear for return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Any unusual or noticable perfumes, odours, or stains on the return pairs renders the underwear unable to be accepted for exchange or refund. We highly recommend trying one pair per style (with a personal base layer on underneath) as soon as possible after receiving your order to ensure they fit before going into your cycle or using/washing all of them.
For any cancelled or refunded orders, there will be a 5% cancellation fee deducted from the refund amount.
All sitewide sale items are final sale. This does not include discounts from individual coupon codes.
Underwear
We know it can be hard to find the right fit the first try, so you may exchange them for another size, style, or store credit as long as they’re unused and in original condition. We suggest trying them on over your own base layer, before washing or using them, to make sure they’ll work perfectly for you! We cannot accept used underwear for exchange/return based on common sanitary protocol.
Bras, Tops
You can return or exchange all Revol Cares Bras & Tops within 30 days of delivery. If you find the fit still isn’t right, message us and we’ll help you exchange them for the right size. Items must be unworn & in original condition.

Return Shipping
For Canadian and US customers, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, however, you have access to our discounted shipping rates through our Returns Portal https://revolcares.loopreturns.com. Revol Cares will provide complimentary shipping to send out the exchange pair(s) only.
For international customers, both the shipping cost to and from Revol Cares is the responsibility of the customer, however, you have access to our discounted shipping rates through our Returns Portal https://revolcares.loopreturns.com. International customers are only eligible for store credit through our Returns Portal.
Sales Tax
Revol Cares is proud to be the first leak proof underwear company to be *FULLY TAX FREE! Officially classified in Canada as a "medical device", it allows us to remove any sales tax on our underwear.
