Order Processing may take up to 2-7 business days. We have a very small warehouse team, so sometimes time may vary. We really appreciate your patience with us as we work on getting your order to you. Canada Post/USPS: Tracking numbers only work once your package has been picked up from our warehouse. Please allow tracking numbers 24-48 hours to update once your shipping confirmation email is received. Once your package leaves our warehouse, Canada Post/USPS is responsible for delivery. If you need to update your delivery parameters while it's in transit, you will have to contact Canada Post/USPS directly.
